How can I earn rewards?

You can earn rewards by completing surveys and offerwall tasks. After clicking a survey, we might ask you a few short qualification questions to make sure you are part of the audience the survey is looking for.

Once you qualify, you’ll be redirected to a partner site to complete the survey. After finishing, you’ll be sent back to BuxMonster and your reward will be added automatically.

Sometimes a survey will screen you out during the questions. This might be because the survey needs a different type of user, or because answers look inconsistent or too rushed. In that case you’ll return to BuxMonster, and in some cases receive a small compensation.

Always read questions carefully and answer honestly. Low-quality responses can get you permanently blocked from surveys.

Why are there no surveys available?

Surveys change all the time. Depending on your country, age and profile, you may sometimes run out of available surveys.

Try again in a few hours and make sure your profile answers are complete and accurate. If you don’t see any surveys for more than 24 hours, you can contact support with your account email and a screenshot.

How do I qualify for more surveys?

When you click a survey, we sometimes ask short “profile” questions to understand who you are (for example: age, job, interests).

You may fail a few surveys in the beginning while we learn more about you. As you answer more accurately and consistently, you’ll start seeing more matching surveys and higher payouts.

Can I use a VPN or Proxy to take surveys?

No. Using a VPN, proxy or any tool that hides your real country is strictly forbidden.

Our partners detect this automatically. Using a VPN can lead to reversed rewards and a permanent ban from BuxMonster.

What is a screen-out?

A screen-out happens when a survey decides you’re not the right fit anymore, even after you started.

This can happen because the survey already reached enough people in your group, or because your answers didn’t fully match what they’re looking for. When this happens the survey will stop and you’ll be sent back to BuxMonster.

Sometimes you’ll receive a small partial reward as a “thank you” for your time.

Why did I not receive the full reward for the survey?

If you fully complete a survey and our partner confirms it, you’ll always receive the full reward that was shown before starting.

If you are screened out part-way through, or if the advertiser flags the responses as low-quality, you may receive only a partial reward or no reward at all.

If you believe a survey completed 100% but you didn’t get paid, take a screenshot with the survey ID and the completion page and send it to support. We can then investigate with our partner.
